  Electrostatic spraying technology uses electrostatic principles to perform surface treatment on the workpiece, so the entire powder spraying process also requires a complete set of powder spraying equipment to implement. According to the powder spraying method and the recyclability of the powder material itself. Generally speaking, powder spraying equipment includes powder electrostatic spray gun (spray gun control device), recovery device, powder room and powder supply device. The combined use of these devices enables the entire powder spraying process to form a complete cycle. The powder is sprayed onto the workpiece through the spray gun, and the powder that has been sprayed or not adsorbed on the workpiece is recovered by the recovery device, and this part of the powder is transported to the powder supply device for screening and then supplied to the spray gun for recycling.
 
   Electrostatic powder spray gun: Relying on high-voltage static electricity to "transport" the powder to the workpiece to be sprayed. Its electrostatic performance and aerodynamic performance directly affect the primary powder application rate and film thickness control.
 
   Recovery device: The usual recovery device has two main forms: filter element type or double cyclone. The filter element type recovery relies on a high-performance filter device (filter element), as shown in the lower left picture, which can recover more than 99% of the powder spraying amount, and its structure is simple and easy to maintain. Nowadays, the market is that most of the painting users with single color (or fewer color types) will adopt filter-type recycling. The double cyclone recovery device is mainly used in the color change spray booth, because it can often bring faster color replacement efficiency. Most companies with frequent color changes will choose Double Cyclone as the recycling device for their powder spraying equipment.
 
   Powder room: The powder room wraps the entire spraying process in a relatively closed environment. After accurate calculation and reasonable production and processing, the powder will not overflow in it, will not pollute the environment, and can be recycled. The usual powder room wall materials include PP, PVC and special Apogee.
 
Powder supply device: Usually the powder supply device consists of a powder bucket (built-in powder for spraying) and a sieve. As shown on the left, new powder can be directly added to the powder bucket, and the recovered powder can be sieved through the sieve to remove impurities and then re recycle.
 
 
  Powder spraying equipment usually refers to a complete set of powder spraying systems, consisting of multiple powder spraying devices or subsystems. The above four parts can form a complete powder spraying equipment, which can complete the process steps of coating coverage, powder recovery, and recycling.
